Gulfstream Hotel Condo

The rehabilitation of this landmark hotel, built in 1924 and located next to Bryant Park on the Intracoastal Waterway, will accelerate the renaissance of downtown Lake Worth. The rehabilitation includes enlarging the guest rooms and converting the hotel into a condominium hotel. Plans also call for a new 49-unit condominium building, with parking garage, on the parcel immediately west of the hotel. The project will also include commercial and retail space on the first floor.
