Phillips Point West

Phillips Point is one of the most prestigious Class “A” office buildings, built approximately two decades ago. The new management of the building is improving/modernizing the building finishes and amenities to upgrade and maintain the status of this first class building. Song + Associates was retained to take upon the task and scope of this project, encompassing extensive remodeling/renovations of the elevator lobbies and common areas of the East Tower’s 12th floor and the West Tower’s 9th floor, plus various tenant improvements in both towers, including law firms, financial institutions and other professional offices.
