The client consolidated three offices at this site and careful consideration was given to blend working operations with a high-end client service area for Wealth Management. The design problem was to not only blend the two separate areas but to direct the client as they exited the elevators. Using the rotunda as a focal point, it is a welcoming beacon to clients into the plush offices. Decorated with inlaid wood flooring and specialty fixtures, the contemporary design is both comfortable, chic and functional.
Production areas for personnel are consolidated for efficiency of operations and economy. State-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems enhance operations as well. The conference room is strategically located to take advantage of natural light.
Fast track construction was completed in 80 days and the permits for construction were obtained in only 10 days. The client was able to move into the offices on time to coincide with the corporate mergers.
