Jack Nicklaus Korea Songdo Golf Clubhouse

Song + Associates is designing approximately 240 units of cluster housing and a golf clubhouse associated with a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. This project will be built in the New Songdo City, a master-planned international business center being developed on 1,500 acres of reclaimed land along the waterfront of Incheon, 40 miles south of Seoul, Korea. With as estimated cost in excess of $20 billion, New Songdo City is the largest private development ever undertaken anywhere in the world. The Songdo golf course will be the first urban golf course in Korea.
