WCI Club Renaissance

Surrounded by an exquisite green fairway, the Renaissance themed clubhouse serves the new 5,000-acre development within Sun City, near Tampa. The award-winning health club, representing the active adult community, incorporates a fitness room, aerobics room as well as a spa and juice bar. The second level maintains the emphasis on fitness with an indoor jogging track. Featuring Amici’s, the 19th hole dining area, the social establishment houses two large dining areas that are serviced by a full kitchen. The clubhouse also includes a golf pro shop and an electric cart storage area. Design of the project was a collaboration of WCI and Song + Associates architects and planners.
