This multi-phased project consists of new construction, additions and renovations to this nationally recognized drug and alcohol rehabilitation center’s 10.5-acre campus.

Phase 1 consists of the renovation of the 22,000 SF Resource Center building, previously occupied by the Blood Bank. This facility will serve patients, alumni and families, with a resource room for research, a book store, main lecture hall and meeting rooms of various sizes. Construction cost of this phase is estimated to be $3.8 Million.

Subsequent Phases include the new construction of a 22,000 SF Wellness/Administration Center, renovation of a 7,000 SF Adult Residence Building, and renovations to other buildings throughout the campus.
