Song + Associates provided programming, need analysis, space planning, permit documents, and interior design for Brooks International’s West Palm Beach headquarters. Song + Associates was also the architect for the four story urban in-fill office building. The existing one-story building was demolished to make way for the development of the new building. The adjacent existing building was integrated with the new work through sidewalk material design, landscaping, light and air accessibility and maintenance of existing stair exit requirements.

The building’s common lobby and 1st United Bank’s 4,570 SF branch office are within an entry garden off of the main sidewalk, lending a softening touch at the entry level. The large amount of tall windows gives the office tenant spaces great natural light and views desirable in the office market. The top floor of offices offer exposed rafter ceilings at the tower and sky lit zones within the floor areas.
