Song + Associates was commissioned for the programming, architecture, interior design, and construction administration for the Facilities Development and Operations Building (Building #1) and the Traffic Operations Building (Building #4) for Palm Beach County. The two-story 46,164 GSF Facilities Development Building features an L-shaped stairwell leading to the second floor that houses numerous departmental offices and meeting rooms. The Traffic Operations Building is a single story with 62,261 GSF consisting of offices with a Vehicle Maintenance Building located toward the back of the building.
